Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep--Romans 12

Empathy is the ability to feel with another whose experience may be different than our own. We worship a God who came to earth as a human in the form of Jesus, so that God could experience what it feels like to be human. In a time of division in our nation, our call as Christians is to cultivate empathy so that love, not hatred, has the final word.
