Join us weekly from 5-6:30 p.m. starting this Sunday, Sept. 15 for food, fellowship, and faithful conversations.
This week we’re considering human sexuality and gender identity with Rev. Emily Bagwell, Resource Manager for Reconciling Ministries Network (RMN).
A native Georgian, Emily attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia, and Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C., for her Master of Divinity. Ordained an elder in the UMC in 2017, before working for RMN, she served two churches in the Atlanta area.
Emily is passionate about community engagement and inclusion. When not working, you can find her wandering in the woods and enjoying time in the backyard with her family, including two young kids. Emily deeply desires to see the Church she loves make room for all of God’s people. She thinks expanding one’s heart can be a freeing way to live and an embodiment of God’s kingdom.
Cost: $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
