Church Business Administrator - Full Time / Exempt

We are searching for a Church Business Administrator who can provide adaptable administrative leadership during this exciting season of growth in the church’s life. The Church Business Administrator will provide professional leadership and oversight to the general administrative functions of the church, including: personnel, facilities, finances, and technology.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in business administration with supervisory and budgetary responsibilities. Other desirable qualifications include experience with facility management, administration in a church or non-profit setting, human resources, financial reporting and analysis, oversight of management information systems, and proficiency with technology. Excellent organizational and communication skills (both oral and written) are necessary, as are tact and discretion with confidential information.
